Students taking BPA275 (Baking and Pastry Capstone) with Chef Sara Ayyash crafted these stunning showpieces using one or more of the following mediums: chocolate, modeling chocolate, dead dough, or Isomalt. Showpieces are currently on display near the Glen Allen Campus Welcome Center.
