Students taking BPA275 (Baking and Pastry Capstone) with Chef Sara Ayyash crafted these stunning showpieces using one or more of the following mediums: chocolate, modeling chocolate, dead dough, or Isomalt. Showpieces were on display near the Glen Allen Campus Welcome Center.
Faculty, staff, and students were asked to vote for the showpiece that best demonstrated craftsmanship, creativity, structural integrity, and decorative elements.
