ECPI University has created an account for you in CovidTracker.org.

With your CHROME web browser, please go to the following URL:https://www.covidtracker.org

  • Log in with your ECPI University email address and you will be prompted for your ECPI University email password.

After activating your account, you will want to download the mobile app version* of the Kokomo247 IMS Enterprise Workplace Incident Software for self-screening.  If you do not have a smartphone or cannot access the application on your phone, you will need to perform your daily self-screening at https://www.covidtracker.org.

Self-screening should be completed daily before you leave the house to come to campus (and only needs to be completed if you are coming to campus).  Upon completing the survey, you will receive either a green or red passport badge.  If a green passport badge is generated, we will see you on campus.  If a red passport badge is generated, you should contact your Campus President before heading to campus.

The health and safety of our faculty, staff and students is our highest priority and the University appreciates your cooperation in performing daily self-screening.  You will be required to present your passport badge when you arrive on campus and you will have your temperature taken.  If you have not done your self-screening, you will be asked to complete it upon arrival.

If a faculty, staff or student “fails,” they may be directed for testing (if they have not done so already) and cannot return to work/school until their results come back and are negative.  Remote work can be approved for faculty and staff if it is available.
