CIV Richmond culinary students like Justin Harmon—from ECPI University’s Richmond-Innsbrook Campus in Glen Allen—made a BIG IMPACT in the community during their five-week Retail Production (CAA145) course.
Through a unique partnership between the Culinary Institute of Virginia and Feed More, CIV Richmond students produced and packaged 1,000+ plus meals for distribution throughout the community.
