Culinary students—from ECPI University’s Glen Allen Campus—helped the community during their five-week Retail Production (CAA145) course with Chef Rounds.
Since July 2023, a unique partnership between Feed More—Central Virginia’s core hunger-relief organization—and the Culinary Institute of Virginia, allows for CIV Richmond students taking CAA145 Retail Production to attend class at Feed More.
